People ex Rel. Hollis v. Krueger

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
May 4, 1970
34 A.D.2d 786 (N.Y. App. Div. 1970)

Opinion

May 4, 1970

In a habeas corpus proceeding, relator appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered May 26, 1969, which dismissed the writ. Judgment affirmed, without costs. Concededly, the issues herein are the same as those raised on the appeal in People v. Hollis ( 34 A.D.2d 786). As in that case, we find appellant's contentions to be without merit. Christ, P.J., Munder, Martuscello, Latham and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur.
