Order unanimously modified so as to provide for the fixing of the assessed valuations of the property as follows: year 1941-42, land $1,135,000, building $2,500,000, total $3,635,000, and as so modified affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements to the appellant. No opinion.
