Motion for reargument denied on the authority of the Matter of the Citizens' Water Works Co. v. Parry (39 N.Y. St. Repr. 747). An application may be made to the Court of Appeals to send the case back to this court, and if that is granted, the motion for a reargument here may be renewed.
