In a habeas corpus proceeding, relator appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated June 25, 1968, which dismissed the writ. Appeal dismissed as moot, without costs (cf. People ex rel. Hill v. Mancusi, 23 N.Y.2d 881; People ex rel. Perez v. Follette, 23 N.Y.2d 737). Christ, P.J., Rabin, Munder, Latham and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
