Appeal from an order dismissing a writ of habeas corpus. Appellant alleged an error in fixing sentence. Application for rehearing should be made to the court which fixed the sentence. ( Matter of Lyons v. Goldstein, 290 N.Y. 19.) Order affirmed. All concur. [See post, p. 939.]
