BASTARDS, § 65review of evidence. On the trial of a bastardy complaint, wherein the jury returned a verdict of guilty and judgment was entered thereon, the evidence preponderated in establishing defendant as the father of the child, and the judgment was affirmed.

Appeal from Municipal Court of Evanston; Hon. JAMES M. CORCORAN, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in third division, first district, this court at December term, 1941.
