Application for a writ of habeas corpus denied on the ground that the application fails to comply with the provisions of section 1234 of the Civil Practice Act, and on the further ground that the papers disclose that relator is confined pursuant to a final judgment of a competent court of criminal jurisdiction. Beldock, Acting P.J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur.
