Before the Court is court reporter Sharyl Zeno's July 5, 2023 request for extension of time to file State's exhibit 9 and Defendant's exhibit 1. On June 30, 2023, Ms. Zeno tendered discs containing these exhibits, and on July 3, 2023, the Court ordered the discs containing the exhibits filed. Accordingly, we DENY the July 5, 2023 request as moot.
