ORDER


AND NOW, on this 3th day of November, 2010, upon careful consideration of Defendants' Motion for Withdrawal of the Reference to the United States Bankruptcy Court the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (ECF No. 1), and Plaintiffs Motion to Proceed with Compulsory Arbitration Pursuant to Local Rule 53.2 (ECF No. 6), and for the reasons in the accompanying Memorandum, it is hereby ORDERED that Defendants' Motion is DENIED without prejudice and Plaintiffs Motion is DENIED as moot.
