Simmons, Esq., filed a Stipulation for Dismissal with Prejudice on April 10, 2013.
Pursuant to the parties' stipulation, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the complaint and entire action in the above-captioned case be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. IT IS SO ORDERED.
