We REINSTATE this appeal.
On December 30, 2022, we ordered the trial court to rule on the State's motion for judgment nunc pro tunc and to transmit a copy of the order to this Court by January 29, 2023. The district clerk's website shows the trial court signed two orders granting judgment nunc pro tunc on January 5, 2023; however, those orders have not been filed with this Court.
Accordingly, we ORDER Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, to file with this Court by MARCH 9, 2023, a supplemental clerk's record containing the orders granting judgment nunc pro tunc, styled "Order Granting State's Motion for Nunc Pro Tunc" and "Nunc Pro Tunc," signed January 5, 2023.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk, and to counsel for all parties.
