Per the Court's standing pretrial Order, served November 4, 2022, the parties were instructed to file either a proposed stipulated decision, a pretrial memorandum, a motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution, or a status report, no later than 21 days before the first day of the trial session. No such document has been filed in this case.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' shall, on or before March 7, 2022, file a joint report detailing the then-present status of the case.
