ORDER
We REINSTATE this appeal.
By order dated July 27, 2020, we abated this appeal to allow the parties to pursue mediation. Pursuant to that order, appellant has informed the Court that the parties have resolved their differences and that he will file a motion to dismiss by October 7, 2020. He asks this Court to extend the abatement until that date. We GRANT appellant's request. We ABATE this appeal until October 7th at which time the appeal will be reinstated.
