On order of the Court, the motion for reconsideration of this Court's order of April 16, 1999 is considered, and is GRANTED in part, to clarify that the proceeding stayed was the show cause hearing set for April 19, 1999. That stay is without prejudice to (1) plaintiff pursuing discovery concerning appellant Blackhawk in Iowa in accordance with MCR 2.305(D), and (2) plaintiff serving Blackhawk with process, as Blackhawk has advocated is necessary for a Michigan court to have jurisdiction over it.
