No. 12] is DENIED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiff's claims against Defendants Margaret Sullivan and Peggy Sullivan Insurance are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
