Case followed.

Appeal by the county of Chippewa from two judgments of the district court for Chippewa county, Harold Baker, Judge, determining that certain assessments for the construction and repair of county ditch No. 36 in said county were invalid. Reversed, following Oleson v. County of Chippewa, 225 Minn. 412, 31 N.W.2d 432.

Upon application for reargument, judgments modified, following opinion on application for reargument in Oleson v. County of Chippewa, 225 Minn. 422, 31 N.W.2d 437.

The questions raised in this case were considered and determined in Oleson v. County of Chippewa, 225 Minn. 412, 31 N.W.2d 432.

Judgments reversed.
