Opinion

WESLEY ELVIS PEDEN, Plaintiff, v. COMMISSIONER OF SOCIAL SECURITY, Defendant. No. 2:12-CV-01994-CMK PS United States District Court, E.D. California. June 26, 2013

          ORDER

          CRAIG M. KELLISON, Magistrate Judge.

Plaintiff, who is proceeding i n propria persona, brings this action for judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). Pursuant to Eastern District of California Local Rules, this case was not assigned to a District Judge when the case was filed. No party has consented to Magistrate Judge jurisdiction and the court now finds that assignment of a District Judge is necessary to properly address the case.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to randomly assign a District Judge to this case and to update the docket to reflect the new case number.
