Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the defendants Anthony A. Fappiano et al. filed a counterclaim; thereafter, the court, Vertefeuille, J., granted the plaintiff's motion to dismiss the counterclaim and rendered judgment of strict foreclosure, and the defendant Anthony A. Fappiano appealed to this court. Affirmed.
