ORDER

This case was calendared for a remote trial session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 14, 2022, for which Richmond, Virginia, was the place of trial.

On November 14, 2022, the case was called from the calendar at the remote trial session of the Court. Petitioner and respondent each appeared and were heard. Later in the day, the case was recalled for trial and the trial of the case commenced. After a recess during the remote trial, the parties notified the Court that a basis of settlement had been reached in case.

After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 14, 2022, the parties shall file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
