ORDER
First National Bank, N.A. is one of the appellees in this appeal. On October 21, 2013, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation moved this court to enter an order to substitute FDIC as an appellee in place of First National Bank, N.A.
The FDIC asserted that on September 13, 2013, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency closed First National Bank and appointed FDIC as receiver. FDIC's motion is GRANTED. We direct the clerk of this court to update this court's records to substitute FDIC in lieu of First National Bank as an appellee in this appeal.
