Memorandum Opinion and Order

RICHARD HOLWELL, District Judge

For the reasons stated on the record on March 22, 2005, defendant Shen Weis motion for summary judgment [59] is denied.

The parties are directed to submit a joint pre-trial order by June 24, 2005. The pre-trial conference shall be held on June 30, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. in Courtroom 17B, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York 10007. Trial shall commence on July 11, 2005 at 9:30 a.m., also in Courtroom 17B, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York 10007.
