On January 12, 2024, petitioners in these cases filed a motion for leave to file a first amendment to the petition in each of their respective cases. In their motion, they indicated that the Commissioner objected to the motion. We will direct the Commissioner to file a written objection with the Court. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before February 1, 2024, the Commissioner shall file an objection to petitioners' motion for leave to file first amendment to petition.
