These cases are scheduled for a hearing at the Court's May 18, 2022, Washington, D.C. special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a time and date certain of 2:00 p.m. (EDT). On May 12, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance, therein seeking additional time for the parties to resolve a potential conflict issue. Respondent represents that petitioners do not object to the granting of the Motion.
Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted, in that these cases are hereby stricken from the special hearing session of the Court scheduled to commence at 2:00 p.m. (EDT) on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, and continued. It is further
ORDERED that respondent shall notify any third party that participation in the Court's remote proceedings scheduled for May 18, 2022, is no longer necessary. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before June 15, 2022, the parties shall file a joint report regarding the then present status of these cases, which shall state the progress the parties have made in resolving the potential conflict issue. It is further
ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order upon the following persons: 1
