The trial court's order denying the appellant's motion to enforce plea agreement is affirmed without prejudice to the appellant seeking administrative relief from the Department of Corrections. See Banks v. State, 793 So.2d 132 (Fla. 4th DCA 2001).

AFFIRMED.
