The order entered on August 1, 1983, is modified by striking therefrom the award of counsel fees and the order as modified is affirmed. The order entered on September 9, 1983, is modified by striking therefrom the award of interest on the previous award of counsel fees and as so modified is affirmed. No counsel fees on this appeal are to be awarded to any party.
