On September 18, 2023, respondent filed in the above-docketed matter an Anwer. The following day, on September 19, 2023, a Redacted Answer, in which references to taxpayer identification numbers in an attachment to the answer had been eliminated, was filed.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that the unredacted Answer filed September 18, 2023, is sealed and shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that any party submitting for filing redacted and unredacted copies of a document shall clearly mark the original document as "Unredacted" and copies thereof as "Redacted" and submit the "Unredacted" in a separate envelope clearly marked "Unredacted."
