Brandes, having moved for an order (1) dismissing the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 27, 2018, and (2) enjoining petitioner and cross-petitioner appellants from filing any further motions or applications without prior authorization of Supreme Court or this Court, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of dismissing the aforementioned appeal, and is otherwise denied.
