Patel, M.D., Nitya Surgical Associates, PLLC d/b/a Texas Bariatric Specialists, San Antonio Bariatric Office Services, LLC d/b/a Texas Bariatric Specialists, Devika Surgical Associates, PLLC d/b/a Texas Bariatric Specialists, and N&D Medical Group PLLC d/b/a Texas Bariatric Specialists have filed an unopposed motion to dismiss the appeal, stating that the parties have reached a settlement agreement and they no longer wish to pursue the appeal. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a).
