Opinion
Gen. No. 9,820. (Abstract of Decision.)
Opinion filed February 12, 1943
AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 117.6 — sufficiency of evidence. In action to recover for death of minor struck by automobile while crossing highway, evidence failed to establish that defendant was guilty of negligence charged or that decedent was in exercise of due care and caution for his own safety, and trial court did not err in directing verdict for defendant, and judgment thereon would be affirmed.
