In an action for separation, order denying appellant's motion, under section 1171-b of the Civil Practice Act, for leave to enter a judgment for arrears under an order awarding temporary alimony pendente lite, affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Johnston, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
