This case is scheduled for trial at the Court's upcoming Washington, D.C., trial session beginning December 13, 2021. On November 8, 2021, petitioners filed a motion (Doc. 35), to which respondent does not object, requesting a continuance. The motion also requests the scheduling of a special trial session. We will grant the continuance by this order and will schedule a special session in due course. It is

ORDERED that the motion for a continuance is granted, in that this case is stricken from the calendar of the upcoming trial session. The undersigned judge retains jurisdiction over this case.
