DANA R. PARTON, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On August 29, 2023, attorney Thomas Houdek inadvertently filed an Entry of Appearance on behalf of respondent, rather than petitioner. On September 20, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision, which Mr. Houdek signed on behalf of petitioner.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Entry of Appearance is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 29, 2023, attorney Thomas Houdek shall properly file an Entry of Appearance on behalf of petitioner. The Court will hold the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision pending submission of that Entry of Appearance.
