We REINSTATE this appeal.
We dismissed this appeal on March 15, 2021 and the mandate issued on July 29, 2021. By order dated September 29, 2021, we recalled the mandate and abated the appeal due to appellant's bankruptcy filing prior to the date the mandate issued. Appellee has filed a motion to reinstate informing the Court that appellant's bankruptcy case has been dismissed. We GRANT the motion and DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to reissue the mandate forthwith.
