EVELYN JESSICA NICOLE PARNELL, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

Accordingly, the Court will direct petitioner to file an amended petition signed by petitioner, preferably using an ink pen that is resistant to irradiation.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 10, 2022, petitioner shall file with the Court in paper form (not electronic) an Amended Petition bearing an original signature (not a photocopy), preferably using an ink pen that is resistant to irradiation.
