Before the Court is appellant's May 22, 2023 unopposed second motion for an extension of time to file its opening brief. Appellant requests an extension to seven days after the supplemental clerk's record that it has requested is filed. We GRANT the motion as follows. We ORDER Collin County District Clerk Michael Gould to file the requested supplemental clerk's record on or before May 31, 2023. We extend the time to for appellant's brief to June 8, 2023.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Mr. Gould and all counsel.
