On January 9, 2023, the Commissioner filed a motion to compel production of documents. [Doc. 45.] The Court will direct petitioner, Parkway Gravel, Inc. and Subsidiaries (Parkway Gravel), to file its response to the motion and allow the Commissioner a reply thereafter. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before January 17, 2023, Parkway Gravel shall file a response to the Commissioner's motion to compel production of documents. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before January 23, 2023, the Commissioner shall file a reply to Parkway Gravel's response to the motion to compel production of documents.
