On February 7, 2023, the Commissioner filed a motion in limine to exclude the report and testimony of Ms. Joyce R. Teis (Ms. Teis). The Commissioner requests the Court to enter an order excluding Ms. Teis' 2006 appraisal, as well as her testimony to the extent she is proffered as an expert witness. We will direct petitioner, Parkway Gravel, Inc. and Subsidiaries, to file a response to the motion. After due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before February 15, 2023, Parkway shall file a response to the motion in limine.
