On January 19, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report indicating their readiness for trial in September of this year. Considering the request of the parties, the Court is inclined to set this case for trial based on the Court's availability.
In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial, at a Special Trial Session of the Court for one-week, beginning on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 10:00a.m. (EST) at the United States Tax Court, Russell Federal Building & Courthouse, located at 75 Ted Turner Drive, S.W., Room 1136, Atlanta, Georgia 30303. It is further
ORDERED that on or before March 7, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report listing proposed pretrial deadlines for discovery, contradictory motions, exchange of proposed exhibits, expert reports (if any) and rebuttals (if any), pretrial memoranda and stipulation of facts.
This Order constitutes official notice of trial to the parties.
