BURKE, Judge.

Based on the Alabama Supreme Court's holding in Ex parte Parker, 136 So.3d 1092 (Ala.2013), Jermaine Lavar Parker's conviction for conspiracy to commit a controlled-substance crime is reversed and a judgment rendered in favor of Parker.

REVERSED AND JUDGMENT RENDERED. WINDOM, P.J., and WELCH, KELLUM, and JOINER, JJ., concur.
