In re Deborah A. Slie, applying for writ of certiorari and stay order. Parish of Jefferson, Nos. 187-099 C/W 187-156.


Granted. The matter is remanded to the Court of Appeal with instructions to treat the application for writs as a petition for appeal. Relator may reurge her motion for expedited disposition by the Court of Appeal, and respondent may reurge his exceptions.

Execution of the June 3, 1982 judgment is stayed until the Court of Appeal rules on the appeal.
