ORDER

Albert G. Lauber, Judge.

On August 9, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report requesting that this case be added to one of the Court's Winter trial sessions. By Order served August 11, 2021, we advised the parties that this case would be calendared once the Winter trial calendar is released. During the Winter calendar the undersigned will be presiding over the Court's February 7, 2022, remote trial session, set for administrative purposes in Boise, Idaho. In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall inform the Court in their joint status report due October 12, 2021, whether a remote trial during the week of February 7, 2022, is acceptable. Alternatively, it may be possible to schedule this case for an in-person trial during the Court's March 28, 2022, Los Angeles, California, trial session, during which the undersigned will also be presiding.
