This case is consolidated with the case at docket No. 12115-20. In the consolidated case respondent filed, on August 27, 2021, a motion for partial summary judgment. We ordered petitioner to respond to that motion by April 22, 2022. On April 7, 2022, respondent filed a substantially similar motion for partial summary judgment in the instant case. Because respondent has raised similar issues in both motions, we will ask petitioner to respond to both on the same date. Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that petitioner shall file, on or before April 22, 2022, a response to respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment filed in the instant case.
