These cases were on the Court's October 19, 2015 trial calendar for San Francisco, California. Progress has been slow because's Mr. Murray is likely to remain incarcerated until sometime in 2026 -- but respondent has worked over the years to gather and review third-party records to try to settle the case. Getting things through the prison system does take time. It is therefore
ORDERED that on or before October 7, 2022 the parties shall submit settlement documents or respondent shall file another status report that describes his progress toward settlement.
