Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain of the named defendant's real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the court, O'Connor, J., granted the plaintiffs motion of strict foreclosure and rendered judgment thereon; thereafter, the court, Freed, J., granted the plaintiff's motion to open the judgment and to extend the law days, from which the named defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed; remanded with direction.
