On April 14, 2022, counsel for respondent filed with the Court a motion for a continuance in this case. On April 18, 2022, the Court ordered that petitioner respond to respondent's motion on or before May 6, 2022. Petitioner did not file a response.

This case was called from the calendar for the Trial Session of the Court at New York, NY on May 16, 2022. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is
