On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the October 4, 2000, decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the Court of Appeals order which denied leave to appeal and we REMAND to the Court of Appeals to hold this case in abeyance forStrezelecki v DaimlerChrysler, Docket No. 224433. After Strezelecki vDaimlerChrysler is decided, the Court of Appeals shall reconsider this case in light of Strezelecki.

We do not retain jurisdiction.
