Before the Court is appellants' August 24, 2022 "Motion for Leave to File Their Supplemental Brief Late," which was accompanied by a tendered supplemental brief. Appellants' deadline to file a supplemental brief in this case was August 19, 2022. Appellants assert they could not complete their supplemental brief by that date due to deadlines in several other lawsuits.
We GRANT appellants' motion to file their supplemental brief late and ORDER the supplemental brief that was received August 24, 2022, filed as of the date of this order. Any supplemental brief of appellee is due September 26, 2022.
