ORDER

Appellant's brief was originally due to be filed with this court on December 2, 2015. We granted Appellant's first motion for an extension of time to file the brief until January 4, 2016. On the due date, Appellant filed his second motion for extension of time to file his brief. He requested another thirty-day extension for a total extension of sixty-two days.

Appellant's motion is GRANTED. Appellant's brief must be filed with this court by February 3, 2016.
