Separate appeals having been taken to this Court by defendant Chandra Patel and by defendants Himanshu Shukla and Emerging India Real Estate from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 07, 2021, and defendant-appellant Chandra Patel's appeal having been perfected, Now, upon reading and filing the correspondence from counsel for defendants-appellants Himanshu Shukla and Emerging India Real Estate dated July 13, 2022, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the unperfected appeal of defendants-appellants Himanshu Shukla and Emerging India Real Estate's appeal is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid correspondence. Defendant-appellant Chandra Patel's perfected appeal shall remain extant.
