Pamela Chan Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case was on the Court's October 19, 2020 trial calendar for New York City and began with a missing return. We put it on a status-report track before trial because petitioner has had severe health trouble. Respondent did report recently that Ms. Chan has cooperated with informal discovery by producing at least some of the records that substantiate her case. The case can stay on a status-report track for now, and it is

ORDERED that on or before October 8, 2021 the parties shall submit settlement documents or respondent shall file another status report to describe their progress, including progress on Ms. Chan's production of documents and especially whether informal discovery has ended.
